Dunkin' - Tamarac

I came there at 6:20 when it says close by 7:00. You were not open, that's ridiculous

Usually you come here every morning at 630-7am Monday-Friday and get an average ice cream coffee, French vanilla with cream and sugar and a ham and cheese on a croissant. Today, when I ordered my food, I was met with a very rude employee over the microphone. The same gentleman on the window was rude throughout the transaction. I got my drink that was darker when I usually get it, but I didn't mind that I could smell the French vanilla so I was happy! When I got my sandwich, I didn't think to look at it until I had to work, and I noticed it was bacon and not ham. Yeah, I know they're coming from the same animal, but they don't taste the same and I don't like a bacon much, nor do I like it on a sandwich. I'm not happy about today's service and will take the additional 15 minutes to go and go through my job, instead of getting into this facility where customer service obviously lacks! This place must educate their employees on good customer service!

Get down! Almost 30 minutes wait for 3 cars on the ride thru at 3 p.m. Got the command wrong and had to send it back and then it was still wrong! You have nothing of the taste I asked, and the coffee tasted water. Would nobody recommend this Dunkin? Donut's location.
