The Etna Rosso - Fort Lauderdale

My wife and I arrived a bit early and were promptly seated. We were served water of our choice, alongside some fantastic bread and menus. Usually, we have trouble deciding what to order, but not this time. From the evening specials, I chose the Veal Marsala while my wife opted for pasta stuffed with braised short ribs. My veal was thinly sliced and cooked to perfection, accompanied by a generous amount of Marsala sauce and a hearty serving of linguine, which I couldn’t quite finish. It was an outstanding dish, yet it was overshadowed by my wife's choice. We always sample each other's meals, and when I took a bite of her tender ravioli, the rich flavor of the short ribs exploded in my mouth. Our waiter recommended a Valpolicella Ripassa, which paired beautifully with our dishes. We finished off the evening with a fresh cannoli. True to any great Italian restaurant, the atmosphere was filled with lively conversation and laughter all around.

This is undoubtedly the best Italian restaurant in town. The owner, Luca, is exceptional and creates a delightful atmosphere. They have an impressive wine collection featuring many unique vintages from Sicily. The pasta and meat dishes are absolutely delicious. You have to go!

A true Italian restaurant! Absolutely fantastic—the food was amazing, and the service was incredible. I can't praise this place enough. If you're in the area and looking for authentic Italian cuisine, look no further. The homemade pasta was perfectly cooked, and the selection of sauces was impressive.

Authentic Italian cuisine at its finest! I've visited this restaurant almost every time I'm in Fort Lauderdale—it's an absolute must for us. Some recommended dishes include the Grilled Octopus, Swordfish Puttanesca, Lamb Ragu, classic Puttanesca, Prosciutto Burrata, and Clams.

The atmosphere and decor truly transport you to southern Italy. The cheese, prosciutto, and burrata were exceptional. The homemade pasta was delightful, and the veal was the best I've ever had in Florida. I highly recommend this place whether you're a local or just visiting Fort Lauderdale!
