Authentic takayama hida kitchen the owner has so much passion for eating and provides an exceptional service for his customers: he owns his own organic farm and everything on the table is grown and cooked by him! really intime setting (seats maybe 4 5 people.) vegetarian eating on menu, vegan on request. also try it! sooo it worth it.

It is a beautiful place. very small and cozy. the owner knows what vegan means and can give them special dishes not listed in the menu if asked very expensive! last order at 9:00 o'clock

Definitiw 5 stars. best meal we had in japan. seasonal menu. he had a vegan option Japanese curry, but it was really blown. the owner is beautiful and dedicated to his craft. he is pleased to chat about the specialties of cultivation in his farm and cook Japanese house style. the quality of the food was exceptional and in a very intimate environment (small bar with space for about 5 people.) also, get the flight they do not regret! just go!

Seriously fantastic fully organic place, the owner is so welcoming. He owns a farm in takayama all produce is sourced (as much as seasonally possible) from his own farm. Only seats 5 guests at a time be prepared to have a chat with fellow diners and the lovely owner. Must visit in takayama
