Contribuiți la feedbackI recently dined at Conrad's XO46 and found the menu pricing to be reasonable. We tried the Pateros Special, which was flavorful but just average. The interior has a modern classic design, but the space was limited. I appreciated that the servers spoke in our native language, Filipino. However, the service was slow and we had to remind them multiple times for our requests. Overall, the experience was forgettable and I don't plan on returning. I believe a local eatery could offer a similar menu and possibly a better dining experience. I left feeling disappointed.
My friends and I came to this restaurant for lunch. We started with the deliciously crispy Ukoy served with spiced vinegar that was so good it made our mouths water! Then we tried the flavorful Beef Rendang (you can request it to be less spicy) and the tasty Ginataang Sigadillas. Both dishes were excellent. I especially appreciated how the servers were fluent in Tagalog and very friendly! Pro tip: ask the server to take your picture, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Once seated, we were served complimentary corn nuts and steamed rice cake (puto) as appetizers. The rice cake was hot and delicious, especially with the cheese spread that came with it. For our main dishes, we tried the Sisig Kapampangan (the original sisig recipe from Angeles City, Pampanga) which was crunchy, flavorful, and addictive. The only downside was that the serving size was a bit small for the price. The Sinigang na Lechon Kawali was one of the best soups I've ever tasted. The souring agent used in this dish was exceptional, making every sip a delight. The meat was tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were fresh. After finishing our meal, we were surprised with complimentary Choc-Nut for dessert, making our dining experience complete. We look forward to returning to try more dishes at XO 46 Heritage Bistro. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Filipino cuisine.
My partner and I was planning to have our usual Christmas day buffet dinner, but forgetting to make an early reservation, we decided to just try this restaurant in SM Aura. Luckily, we were able to get a table since all restaurants in the mall is really full with long waiting lines. We ordered some tapas for a change and ordered beer, and eventually, relenting, for some rice haha. Tapas was very good. We ordered their gambas, beef salpiciao, kapampangan sisig and crispy pusit on a bed of fried noodles. Serving size was adequate, hey it was supposed to be tapas, so they come in these small earthen wares. Staff was very attentive and courteous, very energetic! A bit pricey but it was all worth it. Deliciousness, for a lack of a better description. Highly recommended. We will surely go back to try their regular meals... staff sez servings are huge, we saw some, And it is true!
Visited the branch next to Conrad hotel and the experience was great. I must say, im quite embarrassed not to speak full Tagalog fluently as the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The food were delicious as well. Very authentic pinoy cuisine. The ambiance was one of the best in Manila i must say.
