Contribuiți la feedbackOn Monday, we decided to try the gondola ride in the area priced at 350php per person. Similar to the one in Macau, this ride is not air-conditioned. The gondoliers offered umbrellas to shield us from the sun. Along the canal, there are numerous restaurants to choose from. It felt like a taste of Venice in the Philippines, so we couldn't resist giving it a go.
I have seen the transformation of this piazza in the last few years, from a few restaurants and shops to a popular destination for Filipino families and local workers. It has become a mecca for those looking to enjoy a day out or grab lunch. As someone who works nearby, it has become my go-to spot for lunch in the food courts. Even after 5 weeks, I have only just begun to explore all the options available. I must say, I am never disappointed with the choices here.
A great way to escape the heat and crowds of Manila is to visit this quirky mall. You can take a gondola ride or be entertained by the numerous mimes.
I listened to Pavarotti and enjoyed the beautiful scenery with my close friend at this restaurant. We had Burger King, which was both affordable and delicious. It's a great spot to take some awesome photos.
Quite astonishing to find this in Manila. Gondolas cruise up and around the man-made canal, with its surrounds looking like Venice.
