Firstly, most people are unhelpful. Secondly, the excessive use of single-use plastic is a major issue that the restaurant needs to address. The chair I wanted to sit on was pushed under the table right in front of me, and the waiter did not even notice me. Despite being a party of two, we were only given one menu. The Supercard was not returned with the bill and was not even acknowledged. The use of plastic at the restaurant is excessive and needs to be reduced.

Shakey's aggressively promotes its products, sometimes misleading customers. They offer a Supercard for P500 in exchange for discounts on future purchases, but fail to mention that these discounts are contingent upon additional purchases like drinks or rebates. The lack of transparency in this marketing tactic is concerning. Be cautious when purchasing this deceptive card, as it may not be worth it.

Shakey's is a restaurant that serves pizza, chicken wings, salads, and a lunch buffet. We decided to order the Shakey's special (salami, ground beef, Italian sausage, tomatoes) and the Hawaiian delight (ham and pineapple) thin crust pizzas. We loved the thin and crunchy crust, as well as the delicious and natural taste of the pizzas. The buffet had the same menu items, with pizza flavors being changed when empty. The restaurant was a bit dark, as it was located in front of the street with big windows. The service was fast and good, although we had to ask for another glass of water as the local water is not drinkable. It's always best to order bottled water and skip the ice. Overall, we enjoyed the pizza and would definitely come back again.
