There were flies buzzing around the dishes they served, and the waiters did not bother to address the issue. When I tried to point out the flies in my food, the waiter simply asked if I wanted a replacement without even offering an apology. When the replacement dish arrived, the waiter took the plate away without saying a word, which I found incredibly rude. Overall, there are many better brunch spots in BGC and I would not recommend Paul based on the high prices, subpar service, and unpleasant ambiance. It simply is not worth the money.
This restaurant offers excellent coffee and authentic pastries, including some of the best bread I've ever had. The staff is very professional and provides good service. While it may be a bit pricey, the quality is definitely worth it.

I usually prefer breakfast, but have visited many evenings for coffee. loves her coffee, fries, omelette and sandwiches. my wife is vegeterian and yet she likes the options like brot, parfaits and the tomaten and mozarella sandwich. I usually order your own omelette or the warm tuna sandwich. but their pastas are also good. the service is also good and had no reason to complain. tranquil atmosphere and perfect for sitting and chit chat with friends and loved ones. love it here!

Paul Restaurant is a French franchise based on high quality bread, a simple menu but with sustainable quality. When you go to PAUL you know what you will get, great simple food in a elegant environment. In Philippines I am always disappointed by the sourdough...bread it is not as tasty as it should be (maybe problem with the flour? Service not always at its best
