Gerry's Grill - Taguig

Yes, they was busy but when we was given a table, service sucks. We had to ask for menus after 10 mins and the lady, I think was the manger, said we will be with you. Not ok, because we hen we asked, she was just standing there looking around, doing nothing. So we look over the menus and again after 10 more minutes still no one came to the table to take the order. We called the manager to take the order. No one can't to the table after that unless we called them or the food can out. No wait service checked on us. We was finish eating after being there for an hour so ask the manager where is the barbecue that order, she will check. That was the worst service ever at any restaurant I have been to

My friend and i had a drinking session in this branch at matket! market! they have a bar in which has TV that shows basketball games, Ordered crispy fish fillet, lumpia and bangus sisig. place is cozy!

We always eat in the restaurant of this branch. Always good food and nice experience. Except this time. We went the 15th april for lunch, few people inside and no one at the door. We went inside and choose where seat. Few minutes and arrive the manager,she take our order and she inform that we needed to wait 25 minutes. We receive the forks but no drinks, so we wait,while the manager and other 2 members of the staff were behind us talking and laughing. After 10 minutes we ask about the drinks (isnt professional dont serve the drink and talk with your workmates). The food arrive few minutes later and wasnt so great as always. We ordered 1 fried chicken and 1 gambas. The chicken was fried in an old oil, and is possible to see from the color(check the photo). The gambas wasnt bad at all....but the shrimps were overcooked. The fries with the chicken were cold,i hope just because cook before. Then, the staff....we asked an other coke to a guy,5 minutes and no coke but the guy started to clean near the table where the people were to eat(are you serious????using the spray to clean near the food???no one teach you the common sense of hygienic???). What about the remaining staff? No one service,1 waitress run inside the kitchen,while the manager and other 4 people sit on the table to eat( i worked in many restaurants and never seen something like that. Etiquette say that the staff eat before or in a separate room. And i can understand also that you can eat so,but no staff to serve then??? Please check the photos to confirm). Well...we pay and run away. I love this branch but this is the last time that i eat in the one of bgc.

Food took a very long time to be served, waited for more than 20 ‘minutes. Incomplete table setting. Did not put bowls for bulalo, asked for soy sauce and it didn’t come . Very inefficient and doesn’t serve with a heart. Not attentive to the needs of their customers. Dining area was hot and uncomfortable. Very unpleasant experience here in Taguig. Sad that it completely ruins one’s appetite. Hope management improves.
