I loved it, from ambiente and music to the curses and their wee pairings to the sensitive and professional service. a perfect storm!

Very pleasant setting, super friendly team and especially high-end gourmet cuisine. To have gone there three nights of subsidiaries, it was perfect every time!

What a wonderful experience! they do not expect to find such innovative foods in such a distant location. the 5 courses “Blind menu” were full of novelties, which were built up to a perfect “main course” of venison. the service was excellent, with each cursor being carefully explained. that is an eating place and shameful. eating is right with the best that can offer and come to Europe from the united kingdom, with simon rogans L’Enclume in cartmel, lake district.

We left tadoussac and could not leave québec without leaving an evaluation for this beautiful place. in the run of two nights we enjoyed all three types of surprise 4/5 curs menus. they were full of interesting local aromes and ingredients, although one could prefer a cure of the other. I liked the vegetarian over the fish menu! the service of all sweet ladies and hearts was great and also very superior that they were opened in the ground the last restaurant in the whole city. they made me a special birthday yesterday!

It's a lovely place the food is delicious. Very good service. I really recommend if you have the opportunity, you will enjoy it.
