Wharf Teppanyaki by Kobe Jones - Sydney

Raft. Exotic. Luxos. Este singura modalitate de a descrie meniul de zece curs al degustării. Consultați meniul conectat. Fara cuvinte. Inspirat de bucătării de Niigata, mâncărurile sunt pregătite în fața lor (vezi videoclipul Instagram). Serviciul este la un nivel diferit de cea mai mare sincronizare cu timpul de gătire, care șterge pânza la timp pentru următoarea placă. Bine prezentate, cu atenție și experiențe superioare în jur.

A group of 6 of us went to Kobe Jones Teppanyaki for lunch this afternoon (Friday), in response to their online special offer. We arrived there before 12:00 noon and were the first customers.  We were placed to sit around the teppanyaki table. When we placed our order - 6 Wagyu burger (online offer printed off at $14.95), we were denied by the waitress who pointed us to their hardcopy menu - $19.95.  We reasoned with her and she talked to her manager and then agreed to honour the online deal.  (Questions : Why does the waitress ignorant of their online deal ?  Why don't they update their menu ?) Then we placed our 6 x Wagyu burger - one for each of us.  We were immediately refused by the teppanyaki chef - he said that they did not have 6 no. of wagyu burgers to serve and he suggested us to accept a mix of beef and chicken burgers instead. At this point we decided to leave.  We lost our desire to eat here and decided never to come back again. Why would the restaurant did not have 6 burgers for the first batch of customers on a busy Friday lunch hours in the Whart area - everywhere around were filled with eaters. The immediate refusal from the teppanyaki chef and his suggestion means a cost-cutting and avoidance of their online deal.  I can't believe a chef would suggest this us and not the manager.  All the time the manager never showed himself/herself to us. This place is a shame.

A avut unul dintre meniurile setate cu Wagyu de carne de vită modernizată, aștepta cu adevărat, dar vagyu nu a gustat proaspăt proaspăt, nici topit în gură ... a fost super-mestecat și greu de înghițit. În afara mesei cu 12 feluri am avut, doar 3 feluri de mâncare erau plăcute. Flagarul 1, crepurile și sashimi, când Sashimi au ieșit din noi, care se adună pe Sashimi. Cocktailurile erau prea dulci.

Prima dată Teennyaki. A avut cursul Barra și Wagyu. A iubit toate felurile de mâncare, în special vagyu, orezul a fost media. Serviciul a fost bun și bucătarul a fost distractiv.
