I've been coming here for years! it's busy because it's soou good! the owner has limited English so not mistaken that for rude, she is absolutely beautiful and the championship behind this great Vietnamese place
Very unpleasant experience. the service was poor, the owner of the dame behind the theke clearly does not welcome the people. I was told by her that she was running the computer while I was waiting for dinner. if they are looking for clarity, it was said that they pay high rent and do not welcome people who want to use their computer. at least 20 for card payments and extremely small portions. not a good business model and operation, they enjoy their lunch elsewhere.

How is this place still open? each negative rating has the same type of commentary. no place should have the autority to treat the payment of customers like this. my experience was just as others said, employees always argue with the customer instead of trying to work to find a solution. they really need to do something about this service.
DO NOT EAT HERE I purchased beef pho and spring rolls. Firstly I grew up in Cabramatta and the toppings are always served on the side. Here the chilli, herbs and bean sprouts are all put in no sauces on the side. I then got given spring rolls that were cold, after alerting the waitress she came back with the same 4 spring rolls including the one I had already bitten into . They had REHEATED them in the fryer. I then asked for a fresh serving or a refund, both of which were refused by the manger who told me they were spare spring rolls from another table and she was allowed to reheat food up to 4 times and I should be happy With the product as they were now hot.
