Ordered the pho, and prawn and pork rice paper rolls. Both dishes tasted very authentic. Main criticism for the pho is the noodles were not fresh (came from a packet dry, as opposed to wet). The noodles are hence less chewy but the soup was on point. The rice paper rolls were perfect, including the dipping sauce. Highly recommend for authentic Viet food in the shire. Food: 5

Love this restaurant. Sow and Hong are awesome and friendly, and most importantly make great food. If you’re a Pho addict like me, you’ll need to give it a go.
