McDonald's - Sydney

New playground and atmosphere is excellent! Staff are friendly and offer excellent service and food

I m a big fan of mcdonalds mocha that I drink almost daily. For the last three times that I ordered my coffee, there was no whistling cream or chocolate or I should say it was just milk that it served. Today was the third time... they dinted it right, I went back on the ride thru. The guys didn't even bother me asking what was wrong in coffee, nor did they apologize. they didn't even make a single conversation a hi in the window when I left. Her attitude was more like her Mcdonalds and we don't give an ass when you come back. very dissatisfied with their service. For someone working in the food chain and customer service, their way of dealing is completely terrible. they are beautiful to u until you come back and complain! also guess what is in Sydney. never go back to their store.

Food is always cold and you need to freeze spices. The waitress was not cooperative in fulfilling. Purchased spices, but not the right ones. Coffee is the best.

The best part about dining at this restaurant is the friendly and experienced staff who provide exceptional service. They are welcoming and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable.

Came here while on lunch from my work. Thought I'd grab 2 quick burgers and a mcfluury. How that went from a junior chicken, mcdouble, and a small smarties mcfluury to a mc chicken evm. Mcdouble 1 large coke l, 1 large fries is beyond...me. Possibly the clerk could have listened to me instead of trying to make change for her coworker, not to mention nodding her head at me the whole time. Pissed
