Mcdonald's - Swords

Went to the drive through, got a cold burger and chips.

Just like any other McDonalds. Drive through can be worked there's always long wait.

So I went to it today and what happened was that we got a happy meal and instead of chips we got 2 chicken nuggets it was good but there was no oat milk for the coffee and a few days ago we ordered 2 large chips but we only got 1

Big Mac always cold. This time they didn't even put Big Mac Sauce on the cold burger...Queue too long to be going back complaining. They should read the comments. I don't know how as a franchise they get away with being consistently poor over such a long period.

One of the better McDonald's in Ireland. Food is prepared well and according to the restaurants guidelines with all products coming out very standardized. Service is quick in the drive through lane although sometimes a little convoluted inside the restaurant. Music is occasionally too loud inside the restaurant to enjoy sitting and eating.
