Biggby Coffee - Swartz Creek

Very convenient and great location just outside Meijer but the service is beyond the realm of slow, even with factoring in staffing shortages and production supply issues from covid etc. They just are very slow and we're since day one. I love having them near my his area, but a bit more organization would help. This is a drive through location only- no indoor dining etc. Still, it's very convenient, workers are very nice (just slow), the coffee drinks are good, but the quagmire in the drive through line can get overwhelming. I've sat here for 13 minutes after ordering without moving my vehicle an inch- I put it in park and that's rather pathetic. Again, it'a just how this particular location is organized. They are apologetic on occasion if the wait is realllyyy long, but the line is always fairly long. I've watched people get out of line after ordering and bypass getting their order at the pickup window. Still, I appreciate the employees and the additional caffeine while driving!! The vanilla bean and caramel and standard latte drinks are the best.

Always friendly, voices upbeat without being phony, uses customer's names when known, coffee orders always perfect, temperature of hot coffees perfect; Matt, Jessie, Sara, and others are so great, kind, and creates an atmosphere that brings me back time and time again.

I have big a huge Biggby patron for YEARS since 2005 I have been to over 30 of the locations East Lansing, 5 Greater Lansing locations, Davison, Owosso, New Hudson, Ann Arbor, Ludington. I could go on and on. Although the employees here are extremely nice it is very clear that they are not very strong at making the drinks and even worse at the menu knowledge. I would honestly say that they either under flavor the drinks or just flat out forget flavoring. I was Frequenting this location 1-3 times a week but have dropped down to 1-3 times a month. I now will either go to the location on Linden Rd or simply go to a different coffee house all together.

The baristas do an awesome job here and the coffee is wonderful.
