Brasseriet - Svolvaer

The hotel is new, modern, clean. we were in a business room that was spacious, opposite the harbour, had everything we needed, including a Nespresso machine. the gym is also great and then there is the breakfast that was amazing, with so much food for every taste, really remarkable.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, check-in/out as smooth as it can be, personnel highly professional, nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet…mind blowing. Nice rooms with superb view. Very tastefully furnished. Very well equipped gym as well. All of this for a reasonable price. I couldn’t have asked for more

I liked this hotel. I was not there to stay at night, but had lunch with friends. it is an experience as soon as they arrive. they were immediately greeted by the staff in courtesy, and they took care of ours. we were led into the dining room and I rarely saw such a atmospheric dining room. the toilets were also stylishly decorated, with a luxurious feel (Gold-Fittings. By the way, the waitress was very friendly and open for small talks. she helped us choose the food. really very good food and also in harmony with the Norwegian hotel prices. Finally we ate a delicious cake. all in all it was a nice short stay in the rain in svolvær.

That is for the restaurant. we all went in and had the 7-course menu. it was one of the most spectacular, unforgettable dinners of my life. that was amazing. the service was impeccable. our waiter has blown my head and asked if my Tagbook sensitivity is for lactose or milk protein! the only other person I've ever met who knew the difference is my doctor because she explained it to me. if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. oh and did I mention the interior design? Your eyes will not know where you see. it's beautiful.

That is for the palaeo arctic restaurant, we did not visit the brasserie. I'm sorry for confusion! excellent dinner, delicious local beer, great service.
