Subway - Susanville

The service was great, I got a great sandwich and the cookie was amazing, it was excellent service. I think her name was Chasea and she was very good.

The food is consistently delicious. I rated it 4 stars because the woman who makes the sandwiches was quite silent during my visit. A little more interaction would have improved the experience.

The staff member, Chasea, was incredibly friendly and offered excellent suggestions for trying new dishes. She also bakes delicious cookies! The service was very quick, making for a wonderful experience overall.

The customer service is outstanding. The place is very clean and the food is absolutely creative.
