Jack In The Box - Susanville

Loaded fries were just a large box of curly fries with a 2in thick layer of cheese on top. cheese should have been spread throughout.

Missing over 50% of the order. unreal level of lack of customer service and attention to even major detail. such as a the entire order.

The hardworking staff definitely needed more support! They were out of several items, and the lobby was closed due to staffing shortages. The wait was long, but despite everything, the employees maintained a cheerful attitude, which made it all worthwhile. I didn’t mind waiting patiently for my children to be served, especially when greeted with such warm smiles. Thank you, ladies!

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The customer service was excellent, and the place was very clean. Initially, the napkin holder was empty, but a staff member came out shortly after and restocked it. They regularly wiped down the tables, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was impressed by how tidy the establishment was and how friendly the staff were. Although my order was incorrect, they promptly addressed the issue and corrected it.

The ranch dressing on the burger was excessive. The fries were old and hard as a rock. However, the salad was enjoyable, and while the ranch dressing was warm, it still tasted good.
