The Surry Seafood Co.

This place is a secret treasure. What a beautiful location. The plots, buildings and docks are excellent. Beautiful outdoor terrace with parasols and heating. The staff was very friendly. Ordered food came fast, hot and tasty. We had the Scallops au Gratin and butterfly shrimps. The drinks were cold and well proportional. The restrooms were clean.

That was a nice find near us. The fish and chips were light and crispy. The hush puppies were very light. Nice view. The service was very friendly and attentive. The Koleslawin was fresh. Hubby had crab soup. Very tasteful with pieces of fresh crab. Rich and perfect.

We stumbled over this restaurant while we are in the Jamestown area and are so glad we did. The staff was really friendly and the view of the water with the boats was really nice. We really enjoyed the food. On the way there went a cartridge and told us how good it was and what we should arrange, so we knew it would be great. We want to go back.

Food and service were both excellent. I didn't expect it because some reviews said the service was slow, we went on a Sunday night. We took the ferry from Williamsburg, and only about 3 minutes after you leave the ferry. Everything was socially in and outside, food and drinks were excellent. Sunsight was spectacular.

The food and service in this small, local, off the beaten path, restaurant was fabulous! I just left and couldn't wait to give them a wonderful review. We had a party of 5 and we all give this place a 10 out of 5!! Well done Surry Seafood Co.!
