Contribuiți la feedbackWhenever I visit my family in Canada, I make sure to stop by this restaurant because I know the food and service will be top-notch. This time was no exception. Our server, Logan, provided excellent service by making us feel welcome and being polite, pleasant, and efficient. The seafood linguini and stuffed yorkie dinner were both delicious options. The restaurant also offers a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to suit everyone's tastes.
We both ordered the classic breakfast at this restaurant. The food looked delicious when it arrived, and the service was quick since there was only one other table occupied. However, we were disappointed to find that the food was lukewarm. We're not sure if it was because the plates were cold or if they had been sitting out for a while unnoticed by the waitress. The waitress was friendly, but we only received a coffee refill when another couple was seated at the table next to us, even though the restaurant wasn't busy.
McJac's is an old-fashioned diner with memorabilia from years away, and formica and chrome tables and chairs. All that was missing was the guard. Four of us were there for food and drink and as always the food was very good and... so was the service. I ordered the sweet chili sauce stir fry inspite the fact that in other places I had ordered to stir fry and was badly disappointed. McJack's stir fry was excellent I loved it. I can only talk to my order, but I was very impressed and would order it again. Other filled Yorkie dinner slices of urethra, mushrooms and onions in Yorkshire filled pudding and seafood linguini. We all enjoyed our dinner and I could watch the Dodgers and Rays in the World Series on a large screen TV as we ate.
We went for brunch today and ordered Huevos Rancheros and French toast. The food was delicious and the service was good. The atmosphere was also pleasant. However, we were a bit disappointed to see that the sign advertised Mimosas for $5.00, but we were charged $7.00. The menu offered 4 rolls for $4.00, but my husband only received three initially and we had to ask for the fourth. The portion sizes seemed small. Although the tables were cleaned, we noticed a lot of dust on the small table lamp. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our overall experience at the restaurant.
Came in and sat on the patio. Had breakfast bacon eggs pancake, it was good and the service was great. This place would have had a good review. Then I went to pay. In the time of COVID I couldn’t believe what I saw. The...cook standing in the kitchen eating, with his hands, no gloves, no mask, while cooking and putting food in the kitchen window. Completely disgusting even if we didn’t have to worry about COVID. Never going there again.
