Simply Barbecue - Supply

We just finished off 3 bowls of Dennis' fine chili. The smoked meat gives it a fantastic flavor. Nice balance of spices and just a bit of heat. The cornbread is slightly sweet with a light, soft texture delicious with the chili, (and a little butter! Also loved the apple crisp spicy, lots of crisp and rich apple flavor. We are ready to go back for brisket and pulled pork! Great to meet you, Dennis! Thanks for a great meal!

Simply Barbeque is Simply Fantastic! I recommend you give this place a try. We’ll be going back. Ribs, brisket and pulled pork .. all good! Another bonus, excellent apple crisp to finish your meal with a little sweetness, or ice cream right next door.

I simply loved, Simply Barbecue! The brisket was fantastic! Both the sweet and the vinegar based sauces were delicious, although honestly the brisket itself was cooked to perfection, it didn't need a sauce. The ribs, oh the ribs!!! Just awesome! Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Best of luck Dennis and Barb!

The brisket sandwich baked beans and cornbread is so amazing. The sweet sauce for the brisket was really good also. I would recommend this place to anyone. I definitely will be back.

We've been coming to Holden for fifteen years, and could never understand the lack of barbecue. Tried this place tonight and it's great! Ribs, brisket, and pulled pork were all delicious, and the corn bread was a crowd favorite (seriously-we fought over it). Definitely don't miss this restaurant!
