Dainteas Afternoon Tea Parlour

I meant to write this about a year ago. I am so grateful to Dainteas they made my mother's 83rd birthday so special. Everything was wonderful. I will definitely go again.

I had reservations to go into Dainteas this last Sunday, and I was so excited to come in to show my mom, because every year we have our annual tea time together. Well, I came down with the flu and had no choice but to cancel. I was so extremely heart broken because I was looking forward to it all week. I told the owner my situation and we were lucky enough to get it to-go. So my mom and I ended up having tea time after all! I am so extremely thankful and blown away. The hospitality, kindness and yumminess from the food immediately made me forget about my flu. (And the tea helped my cough! Lol) Thank you so so much Dainteas!!

Our first tea party. Super cute place for family gatherings and children birthday parties. We booked early and got a table for 5. Our host Ruby was attentive and hospitable. The scones and little tea sandwiches were freshly made and the lemon curd was so good!!!

Sorry, this place did not impress me. I went with 10 members of my family for a special afternoon. For $53 a person, we received 4 whole sandwiches for the entire party, 1 Ritz cracker, each topped with egg salad and a variety of baked goods. Very overpriced. A trip to Starbucks could have offered more. As for the ambience, it was just OK. All in all, we were disappointed with the entire experience and would not recommend this place.

Really cool tea place and good tea! My favorite is the lychee nut. The only downside is there isn't much space for parking. Staff is really friendly and attentive.
