Sharkey's Fish Locker

We ordered the halibut and chips and they were very fresh and delicious. I heard that the owner is also the fisher who catches the fish. Someone told me that the fries used to be hand cut. Now they are the "coated" variety. The price of the order is not cheap for a take out place, but very fresh. The portion was huge and really it is quite possible to share an order between 2 people. There is not really any place to sit. A few logs around as it is surrounded by forest. Would love to even see a few picnic tables. I have heard that some drive about 5 minutes and eat their food at the beach.

This business was recommended to us by many local people. The fish was great and definitely fresh. It's not a sit down restaurant but worth the trip back to the hotel!

The food was quite good. I called the order in ahead of time though & still had to wait about 10 minutes. The servings were a really good size though. They also carry crab bait (fish heads & tails etc). Very hopping business, not much of an eating area though, but there are lots of places you can picnic.

Although somewhat hard to locate, this is a hidden treasure. Very fresh fish & crispy batter. Good and efficient service

This is a must go, small but mighty in both taste and service.....the food is by far the best fish and chips I have ever had!!!!
