Cane Rosso - Austin - Sunset Valley

We were in town for the college department of our sohnes and I have a reservation here for our family and my parents to have brunch. the restaurant called mine man the day before to confirm the reservation and make sure that we would be there because they knew it would be busy. we arrived in time at the restaurant for our reservation and were advised that they had a lack of personal and had decided to do only “exception”. they never tried to call us and advise us, but they could call to confirm the day before. we were left to find a place in front of the graduation party, and to the luck was a nearby place ready to make space for us. very disappointing and I will never eat again at a cane rosso!

Best pizza- everything was great. they'll get that with pesto.

We had some great meals there on the terrace. love their terrace, especially during covid times. but our experience in December was great and the one we had last night was not. our waiter was friendly, but no one took our drink orders for 30 minutes. we were at 20 o'clock. they were from chicken parm or did not offer it, but we were not told until half by the meal. great family vibe. their vegan and gf pizza options are great!

We ordered 2 appetizers, but only received 1. salat dressings were not available for our salat. the marguerita pizza was practically raw in the middle - I couldn't even pick it up or cut it to eat it. Unfortunately, there was no good enough experience to give a recommendation.

Loved it! Great food for a good price and easy to get a table on a busy holiday.
