Mcdonald's - Sunrise

Regular McDonald's that I go to. Only one purchase that was a concern ti me was the oatmeal. It had a hair in it. Other than that, it's usually a great place.

The staff behaved in a childish and immature manner, showing little interest in assisting me with my order, even after they mixed up every bag for my family's order. Their lack of professionalism was disappointing. However, the cooks in the back did a great job, and the food was delicious, so I would give 5 stars for the food.

I've typically had good service at this restaurant, but during my recent visit, I ordered a couple of Happy Meals and they arrived without the nuggets. When I brought this up to the cashier, her response made me feel like she was accusing me of lying. It was quite disrespectful towards a customer.

The drive thru was slow and that doesn't have to be concerning the workers but I can remember when an order ready they use to park that car to eliminate the wait for other customers. There use to be a time limit on each car.

I enjoy McDonald's food but don't eat it too often, so I expect it to be served hot. Although a Big Mac meal (#1) might not be microwaveable, its components can be, so I’ll have to remember to ask for a "Number 1 meal, medium, for here, hot" on my next visit. This was my second experience at two different locations, one at 11 AM and the other at 2 PM, and both times the food felt like leftovers.
