Mcdonald's - Sunrise

The staff is friendly, the dining area has been newly renovated, and the service is occasionally quick. However, the drive-thru is often busy, and they've recently started using only one window, which may be a staffing issue. As a result, the service tends to be slower.

This McDonald's is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. The fries are terrible, and the sandwiches are no better! The only redeeming item on the menu are the smoothies. Tonight, I met someone from another McDonald's who understood exactly what I was talking about. My fries are never fresh and crispy; instead, they come out limp and greasy. I always end up air frying them at home. I’m not sure if they’re changing their oil on schedule or if it’s just sitting in the oil for too long, but something is definitely off with their process. They definitely have it all wrong!

The orders are often incorrect, and I've had to throw away my coffee three times. However, there's an older Jamaican woman at the window who is extremely polite and provides excellent customer service. On the other hand, the Spanish manager is very unprofessional; she frequently gossips and can be heard yelling at the older lady in front of customers, which I found really upsetting. This place used to be excellent, but I’m not sure what went wrong. Management should be replaced, and those who demonstrate better customer service and respect for customers should be promoted instead.

Once we ordered, service was quick and food was hot and tasty. Sat for 5 minutes at the drive thru waiting to place our order. Not sure what the delay was, no one was ordering during the wait.

I have to say, every time I have made an order here, it has always been better than average compared to other locations. A clean location the food taste fresh hot. I am big on the fish sandwich.
