Often smells of sewage inside from reoccurring bad plumbing problem. Service is slow andchaotic. Drive through does not show order. You are captive in drive through or most people would give up. Special ordersare often messed up. Baked potatoes often run out. Frosty machine gets shut down ahead of closing. They used to be openlate but have trimmed their hours for lack of staff. No outdoor garbage cans. This business deserves to fail but has ideallocation with no competition.
I usually order delivery from the Wendy's app, however recently there has been a much higher failure rate in accuracy of order. I wouldn't mind if I were refunded for incorrect items, However each time something is incorrect wrong they ask me to come inand get a free item rather than refund me. This is hugely inconvenient for folks who don't own a car, and taking public transitjust to go to Wendy's isn't worth the trouble for me. In the past few orders 1) Had a missing French toast stick 2) Completelymissing item (medium fries) 3) Sandwich was incorrectly made.
Good food, but service become very bad in the last few visits. Employees at this location are extra slow. I thought because they may be short staffed, but I was the only car in the drive-thru line and the lobby was closed as usual. Still took 15 minutes forfour burgers, not an exaggeration. Employees alsoprovide horrible customer service, and make zero effort to correct their ownmistakes if they take your order incorrectly. Manager didn't want to fix their error, only recourse offered was to give a refundand no food. Also, if you try to use a coupon, they twice did not honor my coupons despite the description clearly said buy onehamburger get one free. They said the hamburger I ordered didn't match the picture on the coupon. LOL
The male manager was very disrespectful and rude. You need to better control your tone and how you interact with customers and those that are looking for work. Disrespect is the reason why you still have your lobby closed and have no staff. Never cominghere again.
I love Wendy's, but this place needs better management. The food is great but they were still drive through only with no apparent plan to go back? I had ordered by doordash in the past and wondered what took longer so I went myself a few weeks ago.Seems under staffed and slow. Guess you could only get food by drive through, app still doesn't even have an option for curbside pick up. Waited half an hour when I went in person with only 4 or 5 cars ahead of me. Seemed like one kid at the window andone in the kitchen. Really doing it one at a time, and was asked to please wait when I got to the speaker before takingorder. The food is still solid Wendy's and always correct. If I ever order from here by doordash again though, I'll tip verygenerously. The wait is painful. People working are clearly doing their best, but dang. Two stars cuz the food is always good.But get them s'more help!
