Contribuiți la feedbackTried the mango shaved ice, and it was just ok compared to other shaved ice places the ice is chunkier than other places, and there is artificial mango flavoring in addition to the mango chunks. For $15 with tax, this is pretty pricey. We also got the walnut pastries, and these are incredible. Tried the red bean and hot dog ones, and they are served warm! The staff are kind and efficient. And the space is very open with plenty of seating.
I had the opportunity to try Cocohodo recently and it was a great place for dessert! The shaved ice was smooth, and there were lots of options for toppings. The red bean and walnut pastries were delicious as well.
A Korean cafe dessert ? we came for the shaved ice. It was good, but the shaved ice wasn’t so smooth. It was served with red beans and nuts and condensed milk. The shop was small and you served yourself. Come to the cashier counter once the food was done and take back to the table yourself. After you’re done, clean up before you leave. That’s about it. Kid-friendliness: Well, sweets and desserts are kid’s favorites. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair tables and road side
The shaved ice texture was a bit clunky and the mangoes weren’t very fresh
It would have been a great experience had service been present. We walked in to an empty counter, no cashier. They took a few minutes to come, cafe was empty and a few flies were buzzing around as the door had been left open. Tables should have been wiped. Coffee and pastries were super nice though; at first my mom did not like the place but after coffee she was ready to visit again next week.
