Gretchen's - Sun Valley

We came here because of the good reviews and seemingly cooler atmosphere, but were disappointed. our server was very friendly and attentive, but eating was extremely overpriced and was underwhelming. no wonder this place was empty on a Saturday night around 19 o'clock.

Had a great lunch at gretchen. wagyu burger was delicious, but the mezze plate was the biggest hit on the table. tangerine chili oliven, hummus, beet tapenade....soo good.

Look at you and you'll see a hair that connects the two burgers? it was burned. so be a bit careful and check her eat before eating that means the waitress was very sweet.

That's the best I ever had! in some big 5-star restaurants in vegas, la, seattle, boise and still gretchen my top spot! we went to our jubilee. the waiter was phenomenal, he brought a free glass champagne to celebrate our jubilee. we both ordered the specials, I got the healed and panchetta risotto. oh. devine! definitely back!

Pleasantly surprised. I usually would avoid resort/hotel restaurants, but the service and food were excellent. During summer, the terrace is an amazing place for a cocktail and a bite to eat. Valet is free and I recommend you show up a few minutes early to walk around the grounds!
