They no longer do the beef ribs which is a shame because they were phenomenal. The Cucumber salad is tasty and refreshing. The bacon cabbage tasted very water in compared to when I have had it in previous years. But the brisket is still oh so melt in your mouth good. Still getting a 5 star just for that. BBQ ok, wanted to eat in the place but the flies were so bad, got to-go containers to eat someplace else, while transferring the food to containers, the cockroach shows up on a nearby table. No-go. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

To start it off ordering was a shamble. Out of mac n cheese, the fountain drink dispenser was out of order, and couldn't buy beer (yet there was beer in the fridge)... underaged staff. The inside probably had 30+ flies and a fly trap hanging by two tables with maybe 50 dead flies on them. Got the food a bit to quickly for a bbq place in my opinion. The bread was stale, burnt ends were 50/50 (rock hard, or soft), the corn bread was cold with little flavor. The only item that saved the 1 star was the brisket because it was juicy, could of used flavor but extra juicy. BBQ sauce was good.

We wanted to love this place, but we can't taste any seasonings in the brisket. The sausage was lukewarm and the flavor wasn't my favorite. The burnt ends were good because of the bbq sauce. It has some heat which I like. The pickles were yummy. I wanted more flavor out of the Mac and cheese. Overall good, but not great.
