Starbucks - Suite C Montrose

Ive been coming to this starbucks for forever. Ive never had a problem with anything or anyone. But recently the management made a horrible decision by hiring this girl, Antoinae. I was in line and she started laughing at this young guy in line. He asked Antoine why she was laughing and she went crazy. Antoine started to throwing up gang signs..YELLING about how shes from some gang. how she has people who could kill him. She was cussing so loud. Im so surprised how her managers didn't say anything. Horrible management for letting this happen. I was scared to even be in that store. When it was my turn to put in my order she had such a horrible attitude. Greeted me so disrespectfully and treated me horribly. This girl needs to get fired.

Went to the Vons but didn't have grilled cheese sandwich

Great staff, Aidan usually helps me out and has outstanding customer service. Quick and efficient service!

Stopped by for drinks, unfortunately the staff had horrible customer service especially the cashier with the star face tattoos. The drinks were horrible and tasteless for something that’s supposed to be sweet. (Tasted white mocha Frappe) never stopping at this location again.

Great staff, friendly all the time, drinks are always made just right.
