Olive Garden Italian - Suite C Montrose

My family was waiting a long time, like 15 minutes on the table, and nobody helped us, so I had to get up and told the staff for help, so they told me it was a mistake. Finally, a lady came by to help us. This restaurant needs to pay more attention to help the customer much faster.March 17th, 3:40 pm.Nobody cleans the tables , Nobody wants to help to other tables, extremely bad restaurant,

I waited 15 minutes, they didn't even have hot ones and 1 afternoon for waiting outside with my daughters and they gave the table to another family and my hungry daughters, bad service and poor ethics.

Service was Excellent. Ben is a great server. The qaulity of the food has gone down. Ordered the Lasagna and it was melted and the Ravioli Carbonara had no sauce it was a lot of just oil like if you were to reheat the food.

Wendy did an amazing job! She was very prompt, charismatic and kind with our children. She made sure to have a genuine conversation and always had a smile. She is shockingly super fast! What a great member to have in any business.
