Tommy's Not Here - Sudbury

Tasty food, great service, and cant to try next time the other menu.

This restaurant gets two thumbs up! It had been a while since I last dined here, so I decided to choose it for a reunion with old family friends. We had a wonderful dinner, as always. We started off with a platter of their famous calamari to share, paired with a nice Pinot. It was delicious and cooked perfectly with just the right amount of flavor. For my starter, I kept it simple with the best caesar salad in Sudbury. It had a serious garlic kick, large chunks of fresh parmesan, and crispy bacon cooked perfectly. For our main courses, we all opted for either back ribs or steaks. Sometimes, sticking with a familiar dish is the most satisfying. We all shared bites of each other's meals. The ribs were tender and fell off the bone, with generous portions that allowed us to take some home. The steaks were melt-in-your-mouth and the side veggies were cooked perfectly. It was a simple yet perfect meal with great value and excellent service from our waiter Jake, my friend Chef Matt in the kitchen, and an overall wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion or when you just want to treat yourself. Tommy's never disappoints and is one of the best spots in Northern Ontario!

The side vegetables were cooked perfectly. Overall, it was a simple yet perfectly executed meal. We received great value and excellent service, with Jake taking care of us and my friend Chef Matt in the kitchen. It was a wonderful experience, and I truly enjoy this place. I highly recommend it for any special occasion or when you feel like treating yourself. Tommy's never fails to impress and is one of the top spots in Northern Ontario!
