Miss Maud - SUCCESS

I love miss mauds for their cake, but to sit for a meal very disappointing I have there a few times and every time when eating was not very average many years back they had a great standard no longer become.

On behalf of my parents, our experience at Miss Maud's in Cockburn was absolutely terrible. It started off on a bad note as, just like many other Miss Maud's locations, they were out of chicken that day. How is it possible for a chain of restaurants to constantly run out of chicken? The fish and chips they ordered were also extremely disappointing. My advice would be to stick to their Swedish dishes and forget about the fish and chips.

If you're in the mood for a quick and delicious cup of coffee, a tasty cake, or a satisfying lunch, this charming restaurant is the perfect spot to dine. The service is prompt, the staff is friendly, and the food is incredibly delicious.

The breakfast menu was nice. The staff were prompt, courteous, and efficient. The food was excellent and matched what was advertised and ordered. The restaurant was quite busy, which was not surprising. I enjoyed my experience so much that I returned three more times over the course of a week.

Ordered 2 sausage rolls and a roll, all from the cabinet, to have at the table.... it took 20 minutes for the food to move 20mtrs. As the food had to go through the kitchen, it arrived with a tomato wedge and a slice of...cucumber. Worst service ever. They have a huge problem here as they were not busy and I overheard the waitress apologising to two other tables about the delay. They may need a better manager, assuming that there was someone in charge. Wont sit down to eat there again.
