Everyone else was lovely except the Karen behind the sandwich counter who was yelling at other staff to the point that I walked over from the beverage coolers to see the commotion. Did not seem like a big deal what she was getting mad at but I feel terrible for the staff that have to deal with this likely everyday.

This is a message for the kind lady at the drive-thru. I requested a double cup because I sometimes experience arthritis in my hands, which makes it difficult for me to hold a standard cup. I appreciate your thoughtful gesture of offering a sleeve, but it doesn't really address my needs. You mentioned being environmentally conscious, which is wonderful, but the cup you are using is only recyclable at the lid. While I can't control my hands, I believe it would be beneficial for your employer to consider using fully recyclable cups for serving coffee. Thank you, and have a nice day!
