They didn't put Mac sauce or ketchup on my big mac. ?

I ordered my food today Easter March 31, 2024 at 5:20 PM. The guy behind counter took my order got it wrong didn't know until back on road. I ordered my husband 2 cheeseburgers only extra diced onions and a medium fry. His half was correct mine was all wrong. I ordered a #7= 2 cheeseburger meal only extra diced onions. Burgers had ketchup, nasty mustard (which makes me really sick everytime I eat it that is why I minus it) pickles and very little onions. Next problem was ordered medium fry got large which he rang up that way and ordered large french vanilla cold brew got medium. Which he also rang up that way. I told the guy 5 times my order he repeated it correct so thought it was right. Didn't know about burgers until back on road. So I will be extremely sick tonight because you didn't listen on Easter thanks.

We waited for someone to come to the front counter to take our order, no one came.We used the self service stations to order, then again waited for someone to come up to front counter to give us cups…..no one so we waited with a lobby full of others.Finally after 20 minutes we got our cups. No food. Yet cars were coming and going thru drive thru just fine. Multiple people complaining. I could see my sundae from behind the melting while we waited.We order two meals and one sundae. Nothing crazy big. After 32 minutes, we got our food and melted sundae. I asked for a new one to be made and was told I would have to wait again. I refused at that point. I asked for some ketchup since our order was to go. I was told they didn’t have any packets of ketchup. REALLY?What is happening at this location?I know it’s hard to find good help but sad to have to wait over a half hour for fast food.Staff was not friendly, making sure to not make eye contact. Do better McDonalds!

The pre-placed mobile pick up order took significantly more time than the drive through does. I do not know why it exists.
