Mario's Italian - Stuart

Fantastic, family run business with the most incredible food! We have never had a bad meal here. Everything is always fresh and delicious. Portions are gigantic and the bread to start is to die for. Can't wait to go back again!

4.5 needs to be an google! With that said, the food was definitely 4.5 here is why. Food was absolutely delicious My wife got the lasagna I got the fettuccine Alfredo both tasted absolutely delicious I would have to knock off a half star for my Alfredo. It was too 'soupy '. Could be rectified with just giving a little less sauce. But it did taste delicious as did my wife 's lasagna. The service was another 4.5 stars. Almost perfect. As far as the atmosphere goes it was dimly lit as with most Italian restaurants. If it were a little larger inside I would say a full 5stars would be in order.

Tried it for the first time last night based on numerous recommendations. Truthfully, there are better options in the area and Mario's is quite pricey compared to others in town. Garlic knots and pizza bread were quite airy and lacked the density you would expect. I had the cannelloni which was ok. The red sauce was on the runny side and I prefer a thicker sauce. The real reason for the one star was for the tortellini my wife had. The menu doesn't distinguish between cheese or meat, it was meat. The portion was quite scant as maybe she got 16 in the total dish. Swimming in sauce to boot. She said the pasta tasted off, and sure enough about 4 hours later started a night of fun in the restroom. It was quite a violent episode of food poisoning. Naturally it's difficult to prove, but this was the only thing she ate in that timeframe and it didn't stop until about 5:30 this morning. I would recommend Santos in Jensen Beach for a great experience.

The food here is amazing. I had the Lobster Ravioli and it was a meal I thought about all day. it’s a good portion size too. Are it for 3 separate meals. So far this is the best Italian restaurant I’ve ever been too. Trying to branch out more. The restaurant is nice inside as well. Ended up taking up taking all of my food to go and having a candle lite dinner solo.

Excellent restaurant, the service was amazing, the staff very friendly with knowledge, the food truly delicious. We ordered a Margarita pizza, a caprese salad and a puttanesca pasta and everything was exquisite. Highly recommended for its food and its Italian essence. Whenever I am in Stuart I will return, I loved it!
