Starbucks - Stroud

The eggnog latte at Starbucks is always fantastic, my favorite. The staff is lovely and the atmosphere is great - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My car broke down on the M5 and we had to wait at this service station for recovery. We arrived just 10 minutes before they were about to close, but the staff were still very helpful. They provided excellent customer service. Great job!

I don't typically write reviews on TripAdvisor, but my experience at this restaurant was terrible. The staff was rude, which made my visit unpleasant. I will not be returning to this establishment. I hope my feedback is acknowledged, as one of the employees was very dismissive and rolled her eyes while serving me. I noticed a regular customer come in later and the treatment was much more friendly and welcoming. I believe every customer should be treated equally.

I came this morning (Friday) about 11 o’clock, really good service, young lad with blonde hair and a lady with dark brown hair and glasses served me, both were really friendly and my drunk was lush!! I’ll definitely be coming back again, brightened up my day!

Popped in for a perk up during the run up to Christmas, all covid requirements being taken care of, barista was excellent polite and served us two great Christmas drinks one toffee nut latte and the hot chocolate creation..warmed our hearts and souls during our trip home
