Amalfi - Stroud

We loved our dinner and especially the service at Amalfi Reastaurant yesterday. Silvia was so nice and welcoming. She dedicated a long time to us to explain the dishes and we enjoyed conversation in Italian. We will certainly come back when visiting cotswold again. Thank you Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

After reading all the positive reviews we had higher expectations for the food. The dishes were not very refined and felt like something we could have made at home in a few minutes. Ending in this place by chance, but it was our lucky day, because the chef is Italian and his dishes won't disappoint a connoisseur Italian food expert. Highly recommended Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £30–40

Food is very good but it's expensive and I think a tad overpriced I had a Italian meat platter to start and motsarella cheese and fish pizza the calamari on the pizza was overcooked and rubbery otherwise ok there is a discretionary service charge which is added to the bill Parking: You have to park in local car parks on street parking is restricted during weekdays and Saturdays up until 6:30 Service: Dine in
