A FINE DAY.... we did our usual shop, bumped into some old friends and all went to the café, great afternoon... until we ended up with an £80 ANPR camera parking fine.. for overstaying the parking limit , aggressive end to a good day.. will not be using again... No hot food Shut for cleaning, not even a sign up letting customers know until you go and order. Poor

What a shambles couldn’t start breakfast because they hadn’t got staff, eventually started taking orders without any announcement so by the time those of us who had waited 40minutes to order realised and made our way up the queue, we were all told there’d be at least a 25minute wait because of the number of people who just come in and been allowed to order. At this point extending the wait to over an hour for a basic breakfast was unpalatable and we were too late to get breakfast anywhere else. We will not risk that again. It’s no reflection on the staff, it’s shoddy management, no customer information or communication systems and no mechanism in place to deal with the consequences of management incompetence :
