Manor Chinese Takeaway - Stroud

Second time of using manor under new owners. First was poor. This tho was shocking. My wife could not eat any of it. I phoned them to say the duck was awful and we did not eat it. I took it back the next day for a refund of £20. Will never use them again. Whole meal cost £55.

Just had another delicious takeaway from Manor Chinese. We enjoyed: chicken curry; Singapore vermicelli ; smoked chicken strips; King prawn (Hong Kong style); chicken satay on skewers; chicken chow mein; and egg fried rice. Every meal was delicious. Not even one spot of grease on plates. Highly Recommended. We've never had a bad meal from them.

It is difficult to describe just how awful the food is from this outlet. It seems to me that the food was cooked some considerable time ago, then frozen, then reheated. The dishes did not represent anything that we would normally recognise from a Chinese menu. Not cheap, not edible, not acceptable at all, and the place should be closed so as to protect others.

Chicken and mushrooms absolutely awful. All covered in a jelly sauce which was awful Luke warm too.

Chicken and bean sprouts- absolutely awful. All covered is some gluttoness jelly like a coloured wallpaper paste. No taste and inedible.
