Pita Pit - Stratford

We've had issues with our orders from this restaurant twice in the last month. The first time, they quickly and easily replaced the incorrect item without any fuss. However, this time they insisted that they hadn’t made a mistake and only offered to send a new pita after I raised the issue. They also requested a refund from Skip the Dishes, which was unnecessary because the mistake was on their end. Pita Pit was quite rude and unhelpful, providing a contact for Skip the Dishes that led nowhere. It's disappointing because this was one of the few places we enjoyed ordering from due to its healthier options that catered to our picky tastes. Now, after this experience, we’ve lost our appetite for ordering from them again.

Always a delicious, healthy choice when it comes to having a quick bite on the run. However you are paying a premium as they are a specialty restaurant. That said still always a great meal when the family hits the pit!

The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was fresh and abundant, exactly as I requested. The cleanliness of the establishment was the best I've ever seen in a fast food chain.
