Keystone Alley - Stratford

We were very pleased to find keystone alley! they had an excellent vegan hippie bowl that my non-vegan husband also loved. they also have a noodle dish suitable for vegan and many options for omnivores. the atmosphere is very beautiful and we had an excellent ontario wein. they took my allergy seriously, which is always appreciated. we ate there twice during the city for a long weekend! the manager and the server were also very congenial. highly recommended!

I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant and the food was delicious! The hippie dish is vegan by default, and the server suggested the Brussel sprouts as a side dish, which were flavorful and satisfying. I am thrilled to have discovered another restaurant in Stratford that offers vegan options.

Experienced the lunch hour! Staff very accommodating & friendly. Patio was gorgeous! Service was great! Food was delicious & reasonably priced!

Keystone Alley is right across the street from The Studio theater, making it the perfect spot for pre-play lunch or dinner. Our party of four had lunch there and very much enjoyed the local produce and specialties. Portion sizes are generous. It's also vegetarian and vegan friendly. Delectable desserts are ample enough to share. Prices were quite reasonable for such a casually elegant restaurant in a tourist area.

The food preparation was excellent - the best we ate in 5 days in Stratford. One meal was chicken ant the other braised beef. The presentation was very good. On the night we ate at the Keystone it was at least fully booked with the result that the service was only average and the pace of the meal was fast. The ambiance inside the restaurant is also very average but the dining in the alley is delightful. We have eaten at the Keystone many times due to the quality of the food and the convenience of the location. Understand the restaurant is under new ownership and we found the food to be even better prepared. Also the wile list had some excellent choices of reasonably priced, high quality wines from different countries where good wine is made. Over all the restaurant is very good and we will eat there again.
