Good food, but ridiculously overpriced weine and dishes. my glass was half the size of the other tables and twice the price because it should be exceptional. that's not worth me. they answered all our glasses are 6 ounces, regardless of price which is completely untrue in my case. both have half glasses for the full price.

I'm glad we made reservations because the restaurant was busy on this Friday evening during the holiday season. The three of us ordered the veal cheeks, pork belly, and the winter salad with salmon. All dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. We didn't see any desserts that caught our eye, so we finished the meal with cappuccinos. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was excellent. We had a lovely evening and would definitely dine at Cork again!

During our snowboard trip in Stowe, my friends made a reservation at Cork. We were very pleased with our dining experience at this farm-to-table restaurant, which also has a wine shop in the front. The food served here is fresh and tasty, sourced locally. We visited on a busy Monday night with a fairytale atmosphere, which resulted in slightly slower service and longer wait times for our food to come out. We started with the juniper fennel pork belly (pretty good) and dirty potatoes (delicious). Our friends had the winter salad and grilled salmon. My partner had the roasted chicken and I ordered the seasoned pork loin, both of which were juicy and delicious. For dessert, we shared the zeppole and flourless chocolate cake. Overall, we had a pleasant evening and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

I’m so glad we chose this spot while we were visiting Stowe! The interior is eclectic and cozy, the food is fantastic, and the wines were unique and amazing. I can’t remember our server’s name (long blonde hair, glasses) but she was super friendly and helpful as well when we had menu questions. We will be back!
