I highly recommend the curbside pickup at this location. The team is very thorough and friendly always a good experience!!

Staff is very nice, store is always clean and prices beat most of their competitors.

The Reading Massachusetts Dunkin Donuts store 454 Main Street supports heroin dealers multiple employees have told management and corporate about the issue and they've done nothing about it and have stated they don't care SHARE AND LET THE WORLD KNOW WHAT DUNKIN DONUTS IS REALLY ABOUT SCUM BAGS WHO ALLOW THERE EMPLOYEES TO SELL AND DO HEROIN OUT THERE ESTABLISHMENTS!!!!

Like many other Dunkin’ Donuts locations, this one is quite dirty and could use a thorough cleaning. The staff often seem indifferent, almost as if they view customers as outsiders. There’s a lack of available merchandise and limited choices. It feels like they’re just going through the motions without any real effort. Overall, I’m quite disappointed and won’t be returning.

The staff at this place is fantastic. I go out of my way to get my coffee here because it’s always hot and made exactly how I like it.
