Fabulous! Can’t get better Quality food for the price, especially for their lunch options. The staff is amazing as well

Take out Lunch $100+ Yesterday The manager at the stone ridge vocelli pizza Store was no help in regard's to an incident that had occurred with their pizza in their parking lot. My son had gone in to pick up the pizza and as he had tried to open the car door, one of the flaps we’re not in so the pizza had slid out. My son was too nervous to walk in and talk to the store manager so he had asked me to do it instead. After explaining the event, the manager showed no insight and no solution was given. He said due to store policy nothing will be done, all I received was a “have a good day.” I then offered to bring in the whole pizza to show all the slices were still there. He still said the same thing. All I wanted was a replacement or refund, nothing more than what I had paid for. Worst experience ever. Zero customer service skills as far as answering the phone goes at this location. Always rude.

Food is good, it's just this location! Very slow take your time getting your food because you will be waiting!!!
