O'charley's Restaurant Bar

We had a dinner with the family, we got the Spinat Artischocke for an appetizer that was really good. Our meals were room temperature. Chicken tender, Rib Steak platter was fine. Do we offer? re good, Steak tasted cheap, but good cook on it (medium rare) and ribs were good, would have been better if warm. Chicken Alfredo was room temperature, but tasted good. The daughter ate the burger, so I guess she liked it.

This facility is very stylish, elegant and professional. I'm going around and I'm always being taken away from their service. Your food is always perfectly cooked, on time and hot. Our drinks and rolls are filled again and again, I've tipped well with the General Manager. Applause for the GM-Value how her setup was running!

Large dune in the atmosphere, good bread and decent size appetizers. Drinking was nice.

My waiter Chris always offers excellent service. I've eaten with my son several times here and he'll make sure I get it. He also covers many tables of himself, which shows that he is very attentive to the needs of every table in what they order. Give the man an increase! Eating is always good.

Worst curbside/ to go service ever.. made order at 6:30pm. I was in parking area waiting for curbside. Was told order would 24 minutes. I was good with that. Why at 7:30pm still had not my order. So went talk Mgr (no cs skills). Told him issue he went in back came back with my food. I look in bag checking out food and all cold. So I let him know unacceptable he grabs bag and walk off. So then he comes and says they are cooking a new order. This already been an hour+ wait. Now I gotta wait again. Didn't offer me a drink; partial refund, nothing. And felt like I should not complain cause they are cooking my order over. No mister it should have done right the first time. They whole to go/curbside staff need retraining in customer service and etiquette. Including manager. Don't eat here unless you are dining in.. worst service I recieved at a restaurant!!!
