Holiday Inn Suites Stockbridge/atlanta I-75, An Ihg

The lobby is one of the most beautifully decorated I've seen. Burger Theory is a surprise. They have a better menu than the typical hotel restaurant. Our room was clean with crisp sheets. Mini fridge and microwave. Moderate water pressure.

I loved my room. I believe it's a suite with a king bed and sofa bed. Service is great. Staff has been friendly and helpful. Room is clean. I was staying here while looking for housing as I'm moving to the area. Truthfully the only issue I had was that my room key seemed to clear every two days. I stayed on the fifth floor and I don't use the elevator and it took me a few times of going back downstairs before I started to check my key before going upstairs. I kept it in an RFID protected sleeve and didn't let it touch my cell phone and the key would still deactivate every other day. I was there for 14 days . That was annoying but there are worse things going on in the world. This is a clean hotel with friendly, professional stay and I enjoyed my stay. I would recommend it if you are in the area and prefer IHG for your hotel rewards!

I wrote down the wrong date while making a hotel reservation through the app. I contacted them right away to correct the date. When I went today, the hotel receptionist said that the hotel reservation was not available. I shared previous day's call history (date correction) to today the employee . he recognized the call history, but denied previous reservation because it had not be changed in the system. If the employee made a promise to change the day before, he will have to keep his promise even if the system fails. But today employee even laughed rudely without saying I'm sorry. I was angry. The staff at this hotel were not basic. I used holiday inn several times and had a good memory. But this time's experience was so bad

One of the best hotels in its price range that I have had the pleasure of staying in. So clean and nice, wonderful friendly staff. I have to emphasize how great the staff is...they really make it special. Not only the way they treated me but how they interacted with every customer. Treating regular guests like old friends and every guest with care.
