Smoothie King - Sterling

Just an awesome stop to refresh. Was impressed by the variety of flavours they offer! Got a mango kale this time. It was a dominant flavour of banana though, instead of mango.

Busy Sunday and went for my smoothie and noticed I was overcharged so check your receipts . I ordered a 32 ounce ginger spinach with several options and noticed an additional 759 thrown on for something I did not order. When paying with a credit card it?s easy to overlook especially if you don?t take a copy of your receipt but $21 for a smooth is way above what I normally pay which is already high with my boosts. The employee said they reversed it on my credit card and I hope so. Looks like they did the same to another person so don?t know if this is a pattern or tired employees

K, this smoothie king is realllly good. I love ordering on the app and having it ready to go when I pull up. Super convenient and always delicious. Go-to smoothies are: metabolism boost mango ginger, blueberry heaven and veggie lemon ginger spinach. There?s like a million options so you really can?t go wrong! Plus the staff are always super sweet! ????

Just visited today and turned away because they can't print the ingredients. They only business I know that constantly turns away customers. Frustrating! I love smoothie king and frequent this location. The web says they close at 7 pm. I get there at 5:05 pm and am told we are closed we close at 5 pm. Clearly, you are not very grateful for business. In an environment where businesses desperately want customers why do you turn away a paying customer, five minutes late, for hours not posted anywhere?

I would give 5 stars, but the customer service from the brunette cashier was not great. I asked if there was protein without dairy and she rolled her eyes and looked at me like I'm some incompetent person. I have quite a few allergies and wanted to grab a quick smoothie that I could drink. Might try another location or smoothie place where I feel more welcomed.....
