The tacos were simply shrimp wrapped in a tortilla—nothing else at all. My friend said they were good, though! As for my carne asada, it was tasty but a bit tough. Unfortunately, the rice was dry and bland. Now, about the drinks: if you want to end up lounging on your couch on a weeknight, these will definitely help! I ordered a strawberry margarita, and he had a mango one, but it tasted more like a glass of sugary tequila with a rim. I hadn’t eaten since the morning, so I just sipped on mine but couldn’t even finish half of it; it became too syrupy for my liking.

My friend and I decided to order some food, and I went with the seafood quesadillas, which were decent. They were also very accommodating regarding my friend's food allergy. I’m giving Señior Tequila a 4 out of 5 because of the whole club scenario. I understand that the restaurant wants to boost profits, but they should wait until diners have finished eating before jumping into the club vibe. They turned off all the lights while people were still eating around the dance area, and the fog machines were running for so long that the fire alarm went off, bringing the firemen to the scene! Plus, the hype man just kept going on and on. Maybe next time, they could close the restaurant at a certain hour and wait for diners to leave before turning it into a club. I might consider returning to Señior Tequila, but at least I can say that Tony at the bar was great!

The restaurant is beautifully decorated, featuring vibrant paintings and murals that celebrate the best of Mexico—depicting actors, singers, drinks, and more. It was a Saturday night, but it wasn't very busy, so we were seated right away. The service was excellent, and our waiter, Eudelio, was outstanding—very attentive and on top of everything. We started with the flautas and a trio of dips, which were fantastic! The cheese was incredibly flavorful, and the guacamole disappeared in no time. My dad has to be cautious about over-seasoned foods due to health reasons. The waiter kindly informed him that some of the meats were pre-marinated, and he patiently guided him through the menu to find something suitable. Whatever my dad ordered, he absolutely loved and didn't want to share! I typically don't enjoy rice and beans—never even at Uncle Julio's—but I devoured them here! The beans had a delightful flavor that complemented my chimichangas perfectly. Although the chimichangas didn’t look exactly as I had imagined, they tasted even better than I had hoped. This place has definitely become a new family favorite!

Coming from Southern California ...I know good Mexican food! And this is it! Atmosphere is great- decor is amazing with each chair painted differently, dia de los muertos, etc Great cocktail de camaron, fajitas, y tacos, tortillas to die for!!! Meliza was our waitress she was fabulous and knew the food!!!! We'll definitely be back .
